How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise allowances are set per contract — recent contracts run past 100,000 VX per month, roughly 11,700+ standard videos or 100,000+ images — with custom seats, concurrency, and queue priority. Pricing is sales-assisted under an MSA.
Can we run VisionX on our own BytePlus contract?
Yes. The BYOK plan is a flat $299/month platform fee and your generation volume runs on your own BytePlus key at your negotiated rates — useful when procurement already holds a cloud contract.
What does actor authorization mean?
When a Cast is built from a real person, VisionX runs a face-validation authorization flow with the actor before that identity can be used in generation. Consent is recorded per actor, which is what makes the output usable in commercial work.
Can we use the models by API instead of the studio?
Yes. VisionX is an authorized BytePlus reseller, so Seedance video and Seedream image APIs are available under your contract — and the other models on our roster can be taken through the same API relationship. Terms, quotas, and support are scoped per contract.
Do you support SSO?
Yes — SSO plus MSA are part of the Enterprise plan, alongside dedicated onboarding and support.
How fast is onboarding?
Demos are founder-led. After a request, expect contact within 48 hours from [email protected] or [email protected], and a pilot scoped on a real campaign — not a sandbox.
